Congratulations to Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club and Rock Creek Golf Club, who were recipients of the National Golf Foundation’s 8th Annual Customer Loyalty Awards.

The Customer Loyalty Awards are based on surveys by the  NGF’s online Golfer Survey Program (GSP). As part of this program, golfers rate their satisfaction with the golf experience, as well as indicate how likely they would be to recommend a particular golf course to a friend or colleague. The most recommended facilities, and the most improved, are recognized by the NGF with these awards.

Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, located in Gulf Shores, was recognized by the NGF as a runner-up in the Facilities with Highest Loyalty Scores – Premium Category and Most Improved Loyalty Scores Category.

In the Facilities with the Highest Loyalty Scores – Standard Category, Rock Creek Golf Club, located in Fairhope, Alabama, was also named as runner-up.
