Race fans browse the sales literature at the Kaiser Realty tent at the Thunder on the Gulf “dry pits” and speak with sales associates Tim Hayter and Sandy Tamburello.Sales associates from Kaiser Realty, Inc. spent Aug. 17 and 18 getting up-close to many of the boats that participated in the Gulf Coast Powerboat Association’s Thunder on the Gulf. As a sponsor of Thunder on the Gulf, Kaiser Realty was able to man a tent at the “dry pits” area at The Wharf in Orange Beach. Located immediately south of the Rave theatre, the “dry pits” were where the powerboats were trailered before the races, and during the weekend the boats and their crews spent a great deal of time in the “dry pits.” The crews interacted with race fans and the fans were able to get right next to these powerful boats.

“I’ve dealt a lot with sailboats in my life, but these boats are something else,” Kaiser Realty Sales Associate Tim Hayter said. Hayter, along with fellow sales associates Sandy Tamburello, Roger Kaiser, Danielle Sollenberger, Andrea Shilston, Bobby Kilpatrick and Larry Willingham passed out Kaiser Realty sales information to race fans that came to the tent.

Kaiser Realty Director of Real Estate Sales Steve Jones said he thought the sales associates did a great job at the event. “In the highly competitive real estate sales market we have in the area, sales agents need to take advantage of every opportunity to interface with prospective real estate buyers and to get their name out there,” Jones said. “Our associates took advantage of the races. Events like that will pay off for them in the long run.”

The sales associates also entered many of the race fans into a drawing for a free weekend at a Kaiser Realty condominium along with two free rounds of golf at Craft Farms. Jeanette Moore from Muscle Shoals won the free vacation and golf, while Christine Lemaire of Gulf Shores won the second place drawing for a picnic backpack.

“I can’t believe I won,” Moore said. “I never win anything. I can’t wait to get down there again.”
