Orange Beach, AL is now officially 25 years old, which means it is time for a party! The Orange Beach 25th Birthday Block Party and Baldwin County Bicentennial Celebration will be held Saturday, August 29 at the Orange Beach Municipal Complex, located at 4099 Orange Beach Blvd. (Hwy. 161). Kicking off the days events will be music by Dave McCormick and John Brust at 11:00 a.m. accompanied by a presentation about the prehistoric people of Orange Beach. Following the presentation, a panel of Orange Beach natives will discuss the life and times of early Baldwin County. Area native Brent Burns will perform at 2:00 p.m.

Other activities include children’s games, face-painting and a photography contest.  Surrounding communities will also be setting up displays around the grounds displaying the proud, 200 year history of Baldwin County.
