23rd Annual Nautical Night of Lights Boat Parade

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008

The 23rd Annual Nautical Night of Lights Boat Parade is scheduled for December 13, 2008 and will begin at 5:30 p.m.  The annual boat parade will set sail from Homeport Marina, located next to Lulu’s in Gulf Shores, AL. The boats will travel east along the Intracoastal Waterway and continue into Wolf Bay until reaching Terry Cove. The boat parade will end at Zeke’s Marina in Orange Beach, AL. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo in Gulf Shores, AL, featured on the Animal Planet series “The Little Zoo That Could,” is holding their annual “Boo at the Zoo” on October 23 from 4:00-6:30 p.m.  The event features a costume contest for kids and adults of all ages, food and refreshments, as well as games and prizes. Children’s tickets are $2.00, which includes all games, and $1.00 for adults. Join the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo on Friday, Oct. 23 for a ghostly good time!
